Krem is Polish and cooks Polish drinking food!

Pierogi are Poland’s classic national dish — the dumplings found in Warsaw’s “milk bars,” supermarkets in Greenpoint & Chicago, and grandmas’ kitchens in the Polish countryside.

Krem is not making their grandma’s pierogi recipe, but they’re pretty confident that this will be their grandchildren’s pierogi recipe.

They’re also convinced that Polish food is the best drinking food, and not just for shots of vodka straight from the freezer — living, natural wines are perfect companions too!

Good Pierogi current home base is in Tucson, AZ, but they do pop ups, events and private chef jobs all over the country. They spend their summers on Martha’s Vineyard, cooking privately and throwing Polish dinners.
